my stay at lumin guest house was fantastic! the city view from my room on the fourth floor was postcard perfect, and the bed was super comfy, which was great for my back. navigating the old town felt special, especially exploring it early in the morning before the crowds arrived.

However, the steep stairs proved challenging for luggage, and accessing the rooms could be cumbersome. The TV and refrigerator had issues upon arrival and required attention from the management, which took longer than expected.

The check-in process is inconvenient due to the lockbox system!!! Hot water supply could run out too quickly for comfort, and the staircase access is quite hazardous with heavy luggage!!! Better room maintenance would also be appreciated!!!

The bathroom door in my room also had issues, which affected overall convenience during my stay.

The location is fantastic for families, allowing us to easily explore Old Town, including the charming harbor area. We made unforgettable memories with our two little ones watching boats and enjoying local ice cream right around the corner.
